The hexagonal shaped stucco mesh are manufacturered for plastering projects.
Hexagonal stucco mesh is made from galvanized low carbon steel wire, the plaster mesh features a consistent hexagonal pattern of holes that provide even distribution of materials for a smooth finish. Known for its flexibility and corrosion resistance, hexagonal stucco mesh is ideal for both exterior and interior applications, including walls and ceilings. The hexagonal stucco mesh comes in various wire gauges, mesh sizes, and roll dimensions to suit different project needs.
Specification
Raw material: high quality iron wire undergone galvanized manufacturing process.
There are two types of galvanized stucco mesh.
The hot dipped galvanized stucco mesh is thicker than that of electro-galvanised plaster mesh, and the amount of galvanised zinc can reach between 35 and 200 grams per square metre, whereas the amount of galvanised zinc in electro-galvanised stucco mesh is between 15 and 35 grams per square metre.
Protection Against Rust: Galvanization involves coating the low carbon steel stucco mesh with a layer of zinc, which protects the plaster mesh from rust and corrosion. This is especially important in environments exposed to moisture and varying weather conditions.
Strength: Galvanized low carbon steel is strong and resilient, providing a robust base for stucco applications.
Structural Integrity: The hexagonal pattern distributes stress evenly, reducing the risk of cracks and structural failures.
Adaptability: The flexible nature of hexagonal stucco mesh allows it to conform to various shapes and surfaces, making it suitable for different construction needs.
Beyond stucco, it can be used for reinforcing plaster, fencing, gardening, and protective coverings.
