Electro-galvanized welded wire mesh:The electroplating process allows for precise control over the thickness of the zinc coating, typically ranging from 15-38g/m2,provides a smoother and more aesthetically pleasing finish, making the electro-galvanized welded wire mesh suitable for applications where appearance matters.And the electro-galvanized welded wire mesh generally less expensive than hot-dipped galvanized welded wire mesh due to the less intensive process and thinner zinc coating.
However,The zinc layer is thinner, offering less corrosion resistance compared to hot-dipped galvanized welded wire mesh.Not ideal for highly corrosive environments or long-term outdoor use.The thinner zinc coating means the electro-galvanized welded wire mesh may have a shorter lifespan and require more frequent maintenance or replacement.
